1. From at least on or about May
least on or about August 7, 2003, in the Southern
New York and elsewhere, JOHN ZUCCARINI, the
unlawfully and knowingly used a misleading
Internet to deceive a minor into viewing
harmful to minors, to wit, JOHN ZUCCARINI,
reflected in Exhibit A to this Complaint,
misspellings and variations of the Internet
names for Web sites primarily of interest to
deceive minors into viewing, among other
depictions of nudity and sexual intercourse
Web sites.
