   ORDER APPROVING PLAN OF DISGORGEMENT DISTRIBUTION, APPOINTING
   ADMINISTRATOR AND DIRECTING DISTRIBUTION OF DISGORGEMENT FUND

   On December 30, 2002, the Commission published notice of the Division
   of Enforcement's ("Division") proposed Plan for the Distribution of
   Disgorged Funds (the "Plan") in this proceeding (Rel. No. 34-47107).
   The Plan proposed that $57,714 disgorged by Respondent Laurie Jones
   Canady (the "Disgorgement Fund") pursuant to the Commission's Order
   issued on April 19, 2002 be distributed among the four customers
   defrauded by the Respondent.

   The Division has submitted its proposed Plan in which David J. Medow,
   Assistant Regional Director, Midwest Regional Office, is designated as
   Administrator of the Disgorgement Fund. The Division has requested
   that the Commission approve the Plan, appoint David J. Medow as
   Administrator of the Disgorgement Fund and order the distribution of
   the disgorged funds pursuant to the Plan. The Commission received no
   comments in response to the publication of the Division's proposed
   Plan.

   IT IS ORDERED that the Plan is approved; and

   IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that David J. Medow is appointed as
   Administrator of the Disgorgement Fund in accordance with the terms of
   the Plan; and

   IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Office of Financial Management shall
   make the following distributions
   Carolyn Campbell           $ 5,226
   Cynthia Christianson       $33,651
