                      STIPULATED ORDER FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

        Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") has filed a Complaint for

Injunctive and Other Equitable Relief against all defendants for their alleged deceptive acts or

and false advertisements in violation of Sections 5(a) and 12 of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 45(a) and

52.

        Without defendants Slim Down Solution, LLC, Slim Down Solution, Inc., S.S.T. Management,

Inc., The KARA Group, LLC, and their principals Ronald Alarcon and Kathleen Alarcon ("SDS

defendants") admitting liability for any of the alleged violations referred to in the Complaint, the

Commission and the SDS defendants have stipulated to the entry of the following Stipulated Order for

Preliminary Injunction ("Order"):

        1.       This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case, and jurisdiction

    COMPLAINT FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF
    
            Plaintiff, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission"), through its undersigned
    
    attorneys, for its Complaint alleges:
    
            1.            Plaintiff FTC brings this action under Section 13(b) of the Federal Trade
    
    Act ("FTC Act"), 15 U.S.C. § 53(b), to secure temporary and preliminary injunctive relief, a
    
    permanent injunction, consumer redress, disgorgement, and other equitable relief against defendants
    
    engaging in unfair or deceptive acts or practices in connection with the advertising, marketing,
    
    of products purporting to cause weight loss, in violation of Sections 5(a) and 12 of the FTC Act, 15
