Defendants Respond to Plaintiff's "Notice of
Documents'* dated September 11, 1995, as follows:
RESPONSE:
Defendants have no objections to Requests
10 and 10A and will make such documents available
for inspection and photocqpying at the office of
General, 200 Portland Street 3rd Floor, Boston,
mutually convenient time, to be arranged between
defendants' counsel, Assistant Attorney General
(617) 727-2200 x 3329.
Defendants object to producing the documents
requests #4, 5, 6, 7 on the grounds that defendants
produced such documents in defendants' possession
7, 1994 pursuant to Local Rule 26.2, and plaintiff
many of the requested documents in May of 1995 pursuant
