NATURE OF THE CASE
1. This is a Class Action brought on
Bernard Leibowitz and all other persons or
for Defendants, who bought Cambridge Biotech
(lVCambridge" or the lfCompany'V) common stock
during the period November 5, 1992 through
inclusive (the VIClass Period").
2. This action, based on a violation
of the Securities Exchange Act and SEC Rule lob-5
promulgated thereunder, arises out of a course
