Plaintiff makes the following allegations upon Mormati,on and belief, except as to

1. This is a class action on behalf of all purclxtsers of the common stock of Amdocs
Limircd ("Amdocs" or the "`Company") between July 18,,2000, and June 20,2002, inclusive,
