 The  undersigned  is  informed  and  believes  that:

             On  or  about  May  4, 2001, in the County of Los  Angeles,  the  crime  of  MURDER, 
 of PENAL  CODE  SECTION  187(a),  a Felony,  was committed  by  ROBEkT  BLAKE,  who  did

 unlawfully,  and  with  malice  aforethought  murder  BONNY  LEE  EAJ?LEY,  a human  being.

 "NOTICE:                The  above  offense  is  a serious  felony  within  the  meaning  of Penal

 1192.7(c)."

 "NOTICE:               Conviction  of this  offense  will  require  you  to  provide  specimens 

 to Penn1 Code  section  296.  Willful  refusal  to  provide the  specimens  and  samples  is  a

             It  is  further  alleged  that  the  murder  of  Bonny  Lee  Bakley was by 
 BLAKE  and  that  the  defendant(s)  inrentionally  killed  the victim  by  means  of lying  in 

 the meaning  of Penal  Code  Secrion  190,2(a)( 15).
