  • Jurisdiction exists pursuant to §27 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. §78aa,
  • Assignment of this action to the San Francisco Division is appropriate as a substantial part
  • Plaintiff Jay L. Cramblit purchased 100 shares of Vivus common stock through his Individual
