On the Court's own motion, it is determined that this Court's
suspension of Honorable Leo P. Menard from his office of Justice of
the Beekmantown Town Court, Clinton County, is continued, without pay.
Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, Ciparick
and Wesley concur.
