On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Carlton M.
Chase is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from the offices
of Justice of the Sullivan Town Court and Chittenango Village Court,
Madison County, pending disposition of his request for review of a
determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Chief Judge
Kaye and Judges Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, Ciparick and Wesley
concur.
