I, Joseph Stiller, being duly sworn on oath, depose and state as follows:

Johnson had a ticket, with u sent assignment, for ATA Flight 710, which was
scheduled to depart at 8:30 p.m.
Johnson put his black duffel bag through tha security X-ray
Midway personnel saw handeuffs on the X-ray.
Johnson's bag, During the search, Midway personnel discovered two road flares, three pocket
knives with blades ranging from 3 to 4 inches, one tubular knife wjth a concealed blade
bottle of lighter fluid, and a lighter.
Johnson was interviewed by agents of the FBI.
During this interview, Johnson
admitted that he had packed the knives, ammunition, handcuffs, box cutter, bottle of lighter
he spoke to an ATA employee at the ticker counter.
Johnson stated he wanted to get coffee first, The coffee vendor was located past the security
