THE GRAND JURY CHaRGES THAT:
GENEPJL ALLEGAT1ONS
At all times material to this indictment:
1. The defendant BRIAN PATRICK REGAN was born October 23,
1962, in Queehs, New York. He enlisted in the United
Force (USAF) in August 1980, and served continuously
31, 2000, when he retired at the rank of ~-7 (Master Sergeant).
Hi,s primary specialty in the USAF was signals intelligence
analysis.

2. Fr0h-i 1991 'CO 1994, REGAN was assigned to the Air Force
Intelligence Support Group at the Pentagon, first as a
Communicatians Denial Analyst specializing in targeting
communications systems of military adversaries of the
States, and theh as an Air Defense Analyst. From mid-1994
mid-1995, he was assigned to the Joint Military Intelligence
College, as a student.
3. From in or about July 1995 until on or about
2000, REGAN was detailed to the headquarters of the National
SNIPPETS:
