This is a civil rights class action suit for injunctive
school students who are being denied equal and adequate access
to Advanced Placement courses by the State of California
and by the State's local school districts.
Plaintiffs bring this action to enjoin defendants from
wrongfully denying them of an equal and adequate education in 10 violation of the Equal
11 Clause of the California Constitution, Articles I and IX,
12 respectively, and California statutory laws.
