                                NTRODUCTION

   Plaintiff, for her class action complaint (the "Complaint") alleges
   upon information and belief (said information and belief being based,
   in part, upon the investigation conducted by and through her
   undersigned attorneys), except as to those paragraphs relating to
   plaintiff, her purchases of CHS Electronics, Inc. ("CHS" or the
   "Company") common stock, and her suitability to serve as a class
   representative, which are alleged upon personal knowledge, as follows:

                           JURISDICTION AND VENUE

    1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action
       pursuant to Section 27 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the
       "Exchange Act"), 15 U.S.C. § 78aa.
