international holy war, or global jihad, in an effort to, among other things, drive
American military forces from the Arabian peninsula, erode American support of Israel,
Takfu-is, and Salafists promote the establishment of an Islamic state under the Sharia,
A coalition of radicals, to include ultraextremists returning from Afghanistan, formed
a/k/a JEAN PIERRE TARDELLI, a/k/a GEORGE LABIBE, a/k/a HUSSEIN MOHSEN
violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2332a;
conspiracy was, among other things, to cause economic harm to U.S. businesses, to
a/k/a "Khalid," performed, among other things, the following manner and means:
Beginning on an unknown date, the Defendants, KARIM
GEORGE LABIBE, a/k/a HUSSEIN MOHSEN SAFIDDINE, a/k/a NABIL HAYAMM,
foreign passports, Social Security Administration Social Security Cards, and State of
caused several identification documents to be removed from a residence.
On or about August 10, 2001, Defendant, FAROUK ALI-HAIMOUD,
Security Cards; and State of Michigan operators licences in order to present said false
