                     MOTION  FOR  TEMPORARY                       RESTRAINING         ORDER

         THIS  CAUSE  came  on  to  be  considered  on  Plaintiffs  Ex  Parte  Motion  for 

Restraining  Order  (Dkt.  4).'  The  Court  having  reviewed  said  motion  and  being  otherwise 

advised  in  the premises,  finds  as follows?

         Plaintiff,  Federal  Trade  Commission  ("Commission")  seeks entry  of  an exparte 

restraining  order  pursuant  to  Section  5(a)  of  the  Federal  Trade  Commission  Act  ("FTC 



         '  Plaintiff  has also  filed  a Declaration  of  Plaintiffs  Counsel  (Dkt.  5), and  a
Recommendation  for  Temporary  Receiver  (Dkt.  8)  in  support  of  its  motion.

1345  and  15 U.S.C.  $ 53(b)  and  the  Court  finds  that there  is good  cause to believe  it

    1.         The FTC brings this action under Sections 5(a) and 13(b) of the Federal Trade
