                                    INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs, Richard Staufenberger and Jeffrey Miller, by their undersigned attorneys, for
their class action complaint, allege upon personal knowledge as to themselves and their
own acts, and upon the investigation made by and through their attorneys, which

  • Analyst Will Marks, of Banc of America Securities, stated that "It looks like the operating
  • Prison Realty's common stock, which traded as high as $25.9375 per share and averaged $21.275
