* James S. Labate ("Labate"), age 45, a resident of Staten Island,
New York;
* William F. Palla ("Palla"), age 48, a resident of Haverford,
Pennsylvania;
* Emmanuel Gennusso ("Gennusso"), age 53, a resident of Brooklyn,
New York;
* Cary F. Cimino ("Cimino"), age 39, a resident of New York, New
York;
* Todd M. Nejaime ("Nejaime"), age 34, a resident of Plantation,
Florida;
* Kevin P. Radigan ("Radigan"), age 32, a resident of New York, New
York;
* Robert Gallo ("Gallo"), age 41, is a Freehold, New Jersey;
* Robert J. Dacunto ("Robert Dacunto"), age 39, is a resident of
Staten Island, New York;
* Michael P. Dacunto ("Michael Dacunto"), age 26, is a resident of
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania;.
* Joseph P. Meduri ("Meduri"), age 29, is a resident of Staten

In each scheme, Piazza and Labate acquired control over a substantial amount of free-trading
