COME NOW Plaintiffs Robert Neal ("Nal"), Dr. Roger Berkley ("Berkley"),
Dr. Roland Thomas ("Thomas"), Dr. Gregory Wells ("Wells"), Dr. Henry Wiggins
("Wiggins"), and Defendants Emst & Young, LLP ("E&Y'*) and Larry J. Haynes
("Haynes "), and file this Joint Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice, and respectfully show
the Court as follows:
Because the Plaintiffs have entered into a settlement with Defendants E&Y and
Haynes, Plaintiffs and Defendants E&Y and Haynes desire that all claims asserted herein
against Defendants E&Y and Haynes be dismissed with prejudice, each party bearing its own
costs.
