IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, this 1 lth day of May, 1999, as follows:
1. Judgment shall be entered in favor of the plaintiffs and against
David J. Stone & Company, David J. Stone and Sara G. Stone, jointly and severally, in the
amount of $13,615,055.76, and in favor of the plaintiffs and against defendants DJS Securities
Ltd., David J. Stone and Sara G. Stone, jointly and severally, in the amount of $586,467.30.
2. This judgment shall be transferred to and entered by the
New Castle County as a judgment of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware pursuant to 10
Del. C. 0 4734.
3. This Final Order and Judgment supersedes the Final Judgment and Order
dated June 22, 1998, and plaintiffs may not enforce the June 22, 1998 FinaI Order and Judgment.
