FINAL ORDER
Now, this 9' day of June 1999, on consideration of Plaintiff's Complaint in
Inter-pleader, and the Answer timely filed by defendant Anne M. Hill, it is hereby
ORDERED as follows:
1. Plaintiff E. I. Du Pont de Nemours and Company shall deliver the proceeds of
Raymond R. Hill's life insurance policy to the Register in Chancery, and be
forever discharged from all further liability in connection with these assets;
2. Defendants Anne M. Hill and Margaret Hill and all other parties claiming an
interest in the life insurance proceeds shall resolve their respective rights, duties,
obligations and claims with respect to those funds in the first-filed action relating
to these matter, C.A. No. 17106;
3. The Register in Chancery is directed to pay the proceeds held by it pursuant to
T 1 of this order in accordance with the final order to be entered in C .A. No.
17106.
This order having resolved all outstanding issues raised in the complaint in this
matter, it is hereby ORDERED that the complaint be
