ORDER OF PARTIAL FINAL JUDGMENT
For the reasons set forth in the Court's Letter Opinion dated March 2,
1999, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, DECREED, and DECLARED as
follows:
1. Partial final judgment in the amount of $5,320,000, plus pre-
judgment interest, is hereby entered in favor of Mobile Diagnostech, Inc., A.
Jerome DiGiacobbe, Jr., Calvin F. Zontine, Gerald W. Weaver (the "MD1
Parties") and National City Bank and against EquiMed, Inc. (a Nevis
corporation), successor-in-interest to EquiMed, Inc. (a Delaware
corporation).
2. Pre-judgment interest, calculated at the prudent investor rate,

ORDER OF PARTIAL FINAL JUDGMENT

judgment interest, is hereby entered in favor of Mobile Diagnostech, Inc., A.
Jerome DiGiacobbe, Jr., Calvin F. Zontine, Gerald W. Weaver (the "MD1
Parties") and National City Bank and against EquiMed, Inc. (a Nevis
corporation), successor-in-interest to EquiMed, Inc. (a Delaware
for the period from the date of the mergers
to revision upward and, may be modified, in accordance with the Court's
final determination of value.
Castle County Prothonotary as a judgment of the Superior Court of the State
of Delaware pursuant to 10 Del.
The MD1 Parties and National City Bank shall be immediately
entitled to take discovery in pursuit of the collection of this judgment by
written and oral discovery.
